In a preface to her book ‘One Hundred Flowers’, Georgia O’Keeffe describes how
everyone sees flowers “as small”. So, she paints them big … “surprising the
viewer into taking time to look at it”. This is exactly how Ted photographs
flowers. The following images illustrate the natural beauty and the unique form
and color of every flower. This photographic study spans several years and
several countries. Master printer Carol Fonde’s enthusiastic collaboration is
represented here by these images selected by curator Hilda Yasseri.

This portfiolio is represented in New York City by June Bateman Fine Arts .
